At Nest Therapy, the work is grounded in the understanding that physical health and emotional experience are not separate.

I specialize in working with women navigating chronic pain, endometriosis, fertility challenges, and complex or often unclear medical experiences. Many of the clients I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed—not only by symptoms, but by the experience of trying to make sense of what’s happening without feeling fully supported or understood.

This space is designed to feel different-because it is.

Our work is steady, collaborative, and attentive to both the emotional and physical layers of your experience—without rushing, simplifying, or reducing what you’re going through.

Therapy here is not one-size-fits-all.

Care is shaped around your specific experience, with attention to pacing, nervous system regulation, and the realities of living in a body that may not feel predictable or easily understood.

For some, this looks like ongoing weekly support. For others, care can be structured with greater continuity during periods when symptoms, treatment decisions, or medical experiences feel particularly overwhelming-so you’re not navigating it alone between sessions.

I work with a limited number of clients in order to offer a more consistent and attentive level of care. For many, a high level of privacy and discretion is an essential part of care.—
